1. What is spam?

At Aspiri A/S, we define spam as any form of unsolicited and unwanted communication sent in bulk, typically with commercial or misleading content. This includes, but is not limited to, emails, contact form submissions, comments, and similar messages.

2. Our position on spam

Aspiri A/S has a zero-tolerance policy toward spam. This means it is strictly prohibited to use our website, systems, or services to send spam in any form.

Aspiri A/S only sends emails and communications to users who have given their consent to receive them. This may occur through newsletter sign-up, account creation, or by actively requesting to be contacted.

3. Consent and Unsubscribing

All users who receive emails from us have actively opted in. If you no longer wish to receive communications from us, you may unsubscribe at any time by:

• Clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails
• Changing your email preferences (see section 4 below)

As a user, you can always manage and edit the types of information you wish to receive via email and SMS from us.

5. Enforcement and Consequences

Aspiri A/S actively monitors and audits its systems to prevent misuse. If we detect any attempt to use our platform for spam-related activity, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate user accounts
• Block IP addresses
• Report violations to the relevant authorities

6. Legal Compliance

Aspiri A/S complies with all applicable laws and regulations concerning electronic communication and data protection, including:

• The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
• The Danish Marketing Practices Act
• The Danish E-Commerce Act

We only send marketing communications to users who have given prior consent, and we retain documentation of such consent.
