Course description:
The ASPIRI course in “Corporate Finance” is designed exclusively as a preparatory course for the exam at the Financial and Strategic Management Program (FSM). The course in Corporate Finance emphasizes the core parts of the curriculum by a simple and effective approach.
The course consists of problem solving and theory presentation, which will make you fully prepared for your exam. During the final exam course, we will cover exercises that are made based on the book, workshop exercises and past exams. This ensures that the student will see only new material that imitates exam exercises to best prepare the student for the final exam. The students will be presented to exercises that are easier, at level, or harder than actual exam exercises to best prepare them for the exam.
